At Wedding Mall we link the users with the vendors further leading to enquiries, these enquiries are of two kinds, online and offline. Online enquiries reach you directly when the user contacts you via email or calls (on the number provided by you, appearing on your Wedding Mall dashboard). Offline enquiries are those received by us, forwarded to our handpicked vendors.

On completion of your profile, it is sent in for approval. Our Wedding Mall executives ensure that your Profile is approved within 2-3 days. During the approval process, we make sure that your content is wedding related and authentic. If we find the content objectionable, your profile may not be approved.

The Wedding Mall profile has a free subscription for the first time users. Afterwards a nominal fee of INR8000 must be paid annually, in order to maintain your profile on our Wedding Mall website and app.

Yes, you can register under more than one category if you provide multiple services. But for every registration you need a unique phone number to register under more than one category.

We suggest all our vendors to have a social media presence (if not a website), as it’s the key marketing tool today. As far as coming on board with Wedding Mall is concerned, you don’t necessarily need a website or a social media existence.
